Betfred Withdrawal Methods

Being able to make a withdrawal from a betting account is, of course, what all online bettors strive for! Most bookmakers prefer you to withdraw via the same method you deposited –  it is possible to withdraw from a separate method but you may be required to provide additional verification details. This applies to Betfred withdrawals too.

There are four Betfred withdrawal methods available to all Sportsbook customers. We'll take a look at each method shortly, but first take a look in the table below to see the list of withdrawal procedures below:

Betfred Withdrawal Methods

Method Type Fee Minimum Maximum Process Time

Betfred Withdrawal Methods – Debit/Credit Card

betfred withdrawal

You can make a Betfred withdrawal from your Sportsbook account directly back to the card you deposited with, except for International Mastercard payments. To make a withdrawal to your Debit card, take note of the following steps:

  1. Visit the Betfred site
  2. Click on My Account or Deposit
  3. Go to the Withdrawal tab
  4. Select your card from the list of withdrawal methods and enter the amount you wish to transfer
  5. Press confirm and wait for your winnings to hit your bank account!

As with all of the Betfred withdrawal methods available, withdrawals should be made via the same method you deposited. If, for whatever reason this is not possible, for example if your bank card has gone past its expiry date or your bank account closed, you must contact the customer support team to set up another method. Note that you may have to provide extra verification details which could delay the withdrawal process.

All withdrawals made to your Debit Card are free. Betfred withdrawal limits do apply, the Betfred minimum withdrawal amount to your card is £5, and the Betfred maximum withdrawal amount is £20,000. If you've enjoyed huge success and want to withdraw a larger amount, you may have to do this over two or more withdrawals or contact the support team.

Depending on your individual bank, your withdrawal may take three days to hit your account.

For withdrawals to Credit Cards, similar Betfred withdrawal limits apply. If you have used a UK issued Credit Card to make your deposit, Betfred will allow withdrawals to the same card. For any non-UK issued Credit Cards, you can make a withdrawal if your card issuer accept payments in this manner. As touched upon earlier, no withdrawals can be made to an International Mastercard. In this instance, Betfred will allow you to withdraw via another method, but you will be subject to a verification process in which you will have to provide copies of your card and photo identification.

Betfred Withdrawal Method – Neteller

As well as using Neteller to deposit, you can also withdraw from your Betfred balance into your Neteller account. To do so is easy. Head to the My Account section once you've logged into your Betfred account and select Neteller from your Withdrawal list. Head to Funds Transfer and follow the instructions you're presented with.

The minimum amount you have to withdraw into your Neteller account is £5, with a maximum limit of £15,000. There are no fees applied when you withdraw via Neteller, as long as you have played through your deposit at least once. If you haven't, all Neteller withdrawals are subject to a 2% fee.

Using a Neteller eWallet for withdrawals is a lot quicker than waiting for your bank to process your funds. Payments into your Neteller account usually take around one to three hours, though you should certainly receive your funds within a 24 hour period.

Betfred Withdrawal Method – Skrill

Having a Skrill account can provide an easier and quicker way of withdrawing your winnings from Betfred. Like Neteller, it can take only three hours for your Betfred withdrawal to be transferred into your Skrill account, and you should definitely receive your funds within 24 hours.

There is a minimum withdrawal amount applied to withdrawals to Skrill of £5, with a maximum withdrawal limit of £8,000. All withdrawals to your Skrill account are completely free.

To withdraw via Skrill, head to the My Account section of the Betfred page. From here, select Withdrawals and tick the Skrill/Moneybookers button displayed in the list. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and press Confirm. You will then receive a message on your account if the withdrawal has been accepted.

Betfred Withdrawal Method – PayPal

PayPal is a hugely popular online wallet, and holders of PayPal accounts will be pleased to learn you can withdraw your Betfred winnings into your account. The minimum withdrawal terms associated with PayPal is £5, but the maximum withdrawal amount is slightly lower than the other withdrawal methods available, at £5000.

PayPal payments are usually processed within 24 hours, although if you're subject to verification and security checks this could take a little longer. All withdrawals to your PayPal account are completely free of charge.

To make a withdrawal to PayPal, head to My Account and click on Withdrawal. From here, select PayPal from the list of available and active withdrawal methods and follow the instructions displayed on screen.

Alternative Methods

You can also request a withdrawal from Betfred through a Bank Transfer. Betfred will allow one free Bank Transfer within a 28 day period. If you wish to request further withdrawals within 28 days there is a fee applied – £12 for a standard transfer and £25 for an urgent transfer.

If you want to withdraw your Betfred winnings into an international bank account, you may be asked to provide additional documentation to verify your person. Note that whilst Betfred won't charge you for this service, your bank account provider may apply fees.

You can also withdraw from your online Betfred account via any Betfred shop. To take advantage of this method, you must have made a deposit into your online account in the particular store you want to withdraw from. Be sure to take along some photo ID too.

You can withdraw £250 from your specified Betfred store 'on the day'. Any desired withdrawals of a higher amount requires 48 hours notice. Be aware too that you can only withdraw from a Betfred shop once per day.

To start this particular withdrawal process, you must ring the Betfred customer service team with the details of your withdrawal and from which shop you wish to withdraw from. The team will then confirm this with the Betfred shop in question to arrange it.

How Long Does A Betfred Withdrawal Take?

Depending on the withdrawal method you desire, withdrawals can take from one to five days. The quickest ways of receiving your funds is via online wallets Neteller and Skrill. PayPal also process payments quickly, with withdrawals usually hitting your account within 24 hours.

Withdrawals made to a Debit or Credit Card can take up to three days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Bank Transfers also take longer to process for this reason.

Betfred Withdrawal Problems

Are you suffering any Betfred can't withdraw problems? If so, there are a number of things you can do. Firstly, make sure you've completed all the fields in the withdrawal form. Also, make sure your card or online wallet details are accurate and up to date, has your account expired?

Secondly, check if your withdrawal is subject to a fee. Remember, if you're trying to make a withdrawal via Neteller and you haven't played through your deposit, you will be subject to a 2% charge. Make sure you take into account this fee when you enter your withdrawal amount. Similarly, some bank transfers also carry a charge, if you have already made a withdrawal via this method within the previous 28 days. Have you left enough in your account to cover this charge?

If you've checked all of the above and are still struggling, then contact the Betfred customer services. Click on the Live Chat function, which is available 24 hours a day, and choose on the Deposits/Withdrawals tab. You will then be contacted by a dedicated Accounts member of the Betfred team who can look at your Sportsbook account in detail. Alternatively, contact the team via telephone on 0800-783-9146 or email [email protected]

Requested a withdrawal but changed your mind? Luckily for you, there is a Betfred cancel withdrawal service! However, you need to contact the Betfred customer service team within an hour of confirming a withdrawal to reverse this action. It's a lot quicker to do this through the Live Chat service, though you can also use the telephone number or email address stated above.
