Vbet Bonus – No Offer Currently Available
Vbet do not have an offer currently. But we will inform readers as soon as their new offers is available.
Vbet Free Quiz
So now we’ve accepted the fact there is no Vbet bonus. Let’s look at what the Vbet Quiz has to offer.
First off, the term “quiz” is a touch misleading, and doesn’t quite fit with the traditional English-language sense of a quiz, which is a question-and-answer competition. In this example, quiz means prediction, and you are basically predicting the results of football matches, but don’t worry – there’s still fun to be had and money to be won!
How the Vbet Free Quiz works:
The quiz is open to both new and current Vbet customers. Customers are offered three “Express” levels of quiz, which contain 6, 8 or 10 events. If the customer chooses Express option one, and then correctly guesses 6 out of 6 events, they win a bonus of €15. If the customer chooses Express option two and then proceeds to win 8 out of 8 events, the bonus payout will be €30. If the customer chooses Express option three and then correctly guesses 10 out of 10 events, the bonus payouts will be €40.
The winning amount will be transferred to the customer’s account within 5 days after completion of all events included in all 3 Express options.
While not a welcome offer in the traditional sense, the Vbet Free Quiz still gives the punter the chance of gaining free funds for their account (and with no roll-over stipulations attached), and the beauty of this offer is that it is not only available to new customers, and new “quizzes” can be entered as many times as a customer wishes.
What You’ll Find In This Review
1. An Introduction To Vbet
Like William Hill, Coral, bet365 and Boylesports to name just a few, Vbet’s roots come from the streets – the traditional highstreet betting shop that was the mainstay of the sports betting industry long before the advent of the internet.
Vbet’s origins come from retail bookmakers Vivaro Betting Ltd which was first established in 2003, and who are still the main highstreet bookies in Armenia, with some 120 outlets which isn’t bad going for a country of less than three million people. Vivaro Betting Ltd remains Vbet’s parent company.
In 2008 Vivaro partnered with gaming management and technology specialists BetConstruct and went online as Vbet.com, initially focusing on the domestic Armenian market before turning its attention toward bet-hungry Eastern European neighbors like Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and Russia, where it swiftly established itself as a market leader.
As Vbet’s interface improved, it began to focus westward, moving through Central Europe, adding more languages to the site and increasing the roster of sports and betting markets. To add to its credibility among an increasingly Western market, Vbet applied for and was given a Maltese gaming license.
In August 2016, after being granted a remote operating license by the UK Gambling Commission, Vbet launched its assault on the enormous British and Irish markets in what will surely be the final yet most significant stage of their campaign to put on indelible Armenian stamp on the European sports betting market.
>Vbet comes with almost ten years of online experience behind them, and that is reflected by their large, powerful website that covers more than 30 sports with a wide range of betting markets plus consistently solid odds. Vbet currently delivers 30,000 live matches and more than 40,000 pre-match events each month.
In addition, Vbet also has its own sports news page that provides regular sporting news updates, along with feature articles, videos, images and stats, an innovative approach and an excellent way of keeping punters on-site longer.
2. Odds And Markets
Vbet covers a vast array of sports including soccer, tennis, golf, rugby, cricket, snooker, darts, F1, basketball, baseball, American football, boxing, plus niche sports like chess, Gaelic football, cross-country skiing, pesapallo and surfing. The amount of available betting markets varies depending on the popularity of a sport, but in general fans of niche sports will be surprised as how well they are catered for.
Here are just three of the sports covered by Vbet:
Vbet Ice Hockey Odds
Before Vbet launched their offensive on Western betting markets, for years their focus was on Eastern and Central Europe, so it’s not surprising that ice hockey remains one of the sports with the largest coverage on the website.
At the time of compiling this preview, the new NHL (National Hockey League) season was almost two months from starting, and while betting markets for the opening round of fixtures were sparse, there were stat boxes for each scheduled game, displaying both team’s previous five NHL matches going into the game, plus their head-to-head matchup dating back over their five previous encounters and beyond.
While the NHL was yet to start, the newly created Champions Hockey League was in full swing, and Vbet were providing in-depth coverage of this European competition with a truly vast selection of betting markets, plus stats on team performance. For example, an upcoming fixture between Prague side HC Sparta Praha and Comarch Cracovia from Krakow featured no less than 86 betting markets including Match Result, Match Handicap, Goals In Each Period and Correct Score.
Needless to say, if ice hockey is your sport of choice when it comes to betting, you will be hard-pressed to find a sportsbook that delivers as wide a selection of matches with the variety of markets plus consistently good odds as Vbet does.
Vbet Football Odds
One word describes Vbet’s coverage of soccer – epic! In the UK, every professional football league from the Premier right down to the Blue Square is covered. The same depth is granted to the other European powerhouses like Spain, Italy and Germany, but it doesn’t end there; click on the Czech Republic for example, and you will see coverage of the Synot League (the Czech ”Premier League”), the FNL (the Czech “Championship”), the 5.Liga, Czech Cup and even the Under19 League.
This depth of coverage is granted to virtually every country on the globe that plays soccer, and while Vbet’s coverage of football from the United Republic of Tanzania is limited to just its Premier League, the fixture between Toto Africans SC and Mwadui FC still had more than 30 betting markets to choose from!
Major matches from Europe’s biggest leagues have even more available markets. An upcoming Premier League fixture had more than 90 markets, including Match Result, Double Chance, Asian Handicap, European Handicap, Anytime Goalscorer, Watford To Win To Nil and Half With Most Goals, to name but a handful. Once again, the odds provided by Vbet were consistently solid across the board.
Vbet Boxing Odds
Maybe it’s because Armenia’s most famous sporting son of the past decade has been two-weight (middleweight and super-middleweight) world boxing champion Arthur Abraham, but boxing is covered surprisingly well by Vbet.
At the time of writing, Vbet were providing markets for 16 upcoming bouts from September through to November. The bigger fights were covered with multiple markets; the September 10th world middleweight title contest between Gennady Golovkin of Kazakhstan and the UK’s own reigning IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook had six markets including Total Rounds (under or over 9.5 rounds), Bout Betting (Golovkin or Brook to win), Winning Method (points, KO or DQ), Draw and Round Betting (all rounds from 1-12).
On first impression, Vbet’s colors take a bit of getting used to, and appear somewhat gaudy in their use of lots of black, purple and maroon. However, get past that initial barrier and you are soon taken in by a state-of-the-art website (courtesy of partners and gaming tech maestros BetConstruct) that is as large, quick, concise and as encompassing as anything else out there, including the established order of the likes of bet365, William Hill and Paddy Power.
When writing this preview, Vbet’s homepage was dominated by images of star athletes from two major upcoming sporting happenings; La Liga’s opening weekend, with images of Messi, Suarez and Ronaldo, and the impending US Open tennis slam, with Andy Murray, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic on display. There were also options for poker, backgammon and belote, some last minute sports betting suggestions, plus a constantly updating sports news feed.
If we click on “sports” at the top of the home page, we are ushered through to a dedicated homepage for all things sports orientated. It soon becomes clear that Vbet is not a sportsbook for dummies. Everything you need is there, you just have to search for it (for example, the list of featured sports is on the left sidebar but way down on the page and initially out of view).
There are multiple search options both at the top of the page, and also in the left sidebar. Learn to use them and you will be able to cruise around the Vbet interface like a skater on ice – ignore them and you will find yourself staring blankly at the screen, looking for help.
Key is the three options that sit just below the Vivaro “V” Bet logo on the top left of the screen. The first option is an overall Dashboard which presents an at-a-glance image of what is happening on the site. The second option is entitled “LIVE” and lists all sporting events that are taking place at that moment, and the third option is entitled “PRE-MATCH” and lists all upcoming events. A drop-down menu helps you choose from upcoming events that are taking place in 1, 2, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours’ time.
>Not surprisingly, sports betting heavyweights football and tennis dominate the Vbet homepage, with lots of betting info and markets displayed on both live matches and upcoming events.
Vbet Sports News
At the very top of the sports homepage are listed six options entitled Promotions (very limited right now), Free Quiz, Deposit, Payment and Free Vbet (currently applies only to casino games) and Vbet News. Vbet News is a great feature that marks the site apart from most other online sportsbooks. Fresh sports news stories are broken on average every 30 minutes, and the page also has in-depth features, stats, images and videos.
Vbet News is virtually a website within a website, and if it keeps punters on site in between bets, or encourages them to make a wager based on a news report, it’s more than served its purpose.
4. Live Streams
Vbet does not currently provide live-streaming for any of the sports they cover, although BetConstruct have the capacity and license to deliver live-streaming for multiple sports, so this may well become a feature on Vbet in the future.
Currently Vbet’s live in-play betting is accompanied by a graphic simulating the action that is taking place on the field of play. This feature is also available on the mobile site.
5. Vbet Promos
It’s clear that Vbet have a lot to learn when it comes to promotions and special offers aimed at attracting sports bettors. They already provide special offers to customers of their casino, slots and poker games, including a first deposit casino bonus of 100% on up to €300, so why the delay in providing the same offers for sports bettors?
Hopefully this glaring oversite will soon be rectified, and Vbet will start providing its sports betting customers with 100% sign up bonuses plus additional free bets, special offers enhanced odds for major sporting events.
6. Vbet Mobile
The Vbet mobile site works off an easily downloadable app. While somewhat basic in appearance, it is fast and highly functional, and the match graphic works well when indulging in live in-play betting.
Placing bets and adding funds to your account is straightforward. All sports and betting markets available of the desktop site can be easily reached on the mobile app. If you are not a Vbet member but would like to see the app for yourself, once downloaded, you can take the app for a test drive as a “guest” user, and check out the features first hand.
7. Signing Up
Signing up with Vbet is as simple and straightforward as with any other online sportsbook. If you’ve done it before, you’ll know the drill, but here’s how:
1) Getting Started
After you’ve logged onto the Vbet.com homepage, look to the top right of your screen, and you will see a green button marked “Register”. Click on that button and a box will appear center screen. Below the Vbet “V-sign” logo the text reads “New to VBET? Sign up now, it’s easy!” Fill in the below options that require your email and the password you will be using with this account (be sure to safeguard your password as you will be needing it each time you log in.) When you have finished, click on the CONFIRM button.
A second box will appear titled Finalizing Registration. Be sure to answer every question in full. You must provide your name, date of birth, the country and city you reside in, your gender, preferred currency, a contact phone number, provide a security question (and answer), add a promo code (if relevant) then agree to “Terms and Conditions”. If everything is to your satisfaction, hit the button marked REGISTER.
3) Adding Funds
Now that the registration process is complete, you can add funds to your account. Because there is no sign up bonus currently on offer with Vbet, there is no pressure to add sufficient funds in order to qualify for the maximum possible 100% bonus or free bet.
You can add funds to your account with any of the methods listed below in the Vbet Banking section.
8. Deposits And Withdrawals
Banking with Vbet is easy, and because of their background in the Eastern European market, alongside the more familiar options like Visa and Skrill, they also have several e-wallet and online banking systems which you won’t be so familiar with. Simply choose the banking system or e-wallet that you are most comfortable with.
Here are just some of the methods available with which you can add funds to your Vbet account:
Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, DotPay, AstroPay, Neteller, Moneta, Yandex, EcoCard, Itau, Payz and via Bank Transfer
The options for withdrawing funds are more limited:
Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, WebMoney, AstroPay, Neteller, Moneta, EcoCard
Funds will take 3-5 working days to clear. There are no added withdrawal fees or taxes to pay.
9. Our Expert’s Verdict
Vbet does a lot of things right, but still has a way to go before it will be challenging the big boys. If they want to continue to make the Free Quiz their alternate to the traditional sign up bonus, they need to frame it better (let’s face it, it’s not a quiz!) and promote it with more vigor. Armenians are stereotypically hard-nosed business people that hate to give anything away for free, but the truth is they would get to where they want to be much quicker with some great Special Offers of Free Bets, Enhanced Odds and Money Back deals.
Also, it wouldn’t harm to make the site more instantly appealing with a brighter, fresher color scheme.
On the plus side, technically the website is state-of-the-art, and the news page is an excellent feature and sure to be mimicked. On the whole, Vbet looks to be in it for the long haul, so hopefully they will take any criticism on board, and the website can go on to reach its full potential.
