Bello has allowed two or fewer earned runs in his last five starts, but he’s giving up more hard contact than you’d like to see and not generating many strikeouts.

There is fair reason to wonder about the sustainability of the results for each of these pitchers. Bello has been the steadier arm throughout the year, however, and he’s backed up by a more dangerous offence (Red Sox have a 110 wRC+ over the last month compared with Chicago’s 98).
