Arizona is one of the hottest teams in the Majors coming into this game, but Miami has been playing well of late, too. The Marlins have won three of their last four, and have a considerable advantage in the starting pitching matchup here.
Madison Bumgarner has made two starts, both against the Dodgers. He has walked 10 in 8.2 innings, giving up seven earned runs and three homers. He faces Marlins southpaw Trevor Rogers, who has a 6.00 ERA after two outings against the Mets.

Chicago White Sox vs Baltimore Orioles Preview

The 6-6 Baltimore Orioles are narrow road favourites over the 5-8 Chicago White Sox. Mike Clevinger is pitching for the ChiSox, with an 8.49 xERA. Don’t be fooled by Clevinger’s sub-four ERA – he has been poor in his first two starts, conceding loud contact, and having issues with his command.
Tyler Wells gets the ball for Baltimore. He allowed four runs to the Yankees in six innings last time out, but the general performances have been exactly where he left off last season.

Then, we come to the offences. It is not close. Baltimore is fifth in xwOBA. Chicago is 25th. The Orioles are walking a lot; the White Sox are not.

Oakland Athletics vs New York Mets Preview
