Denver are only 7-11 against the spread on the road, but they have beaten the Warriors twice already this season, covering this small spread on both occasions. The Nuggets were winners by six points on Christmas Day, which is part of a 7-1 run.
Golden State are still a work in progress. Their 16-17 ATS record matches their straight-up mark for the season, and they have lost three of their last four. While it never feels great betting against the Dubs in San Francisco, the Nuggets remain an absolute juggernaut when healthy, and they should have too much tonight.

Golden State are facing some big questions before the trade deadline. Both Steph Curry and Klay Thompson have a negative net rating for the season. Steve Kerr’s decision to switch up the starting line up had the desired impact briefly, but the continued subpar play from Thompson, Andrew Wiggins and Kevon Looney is a concern.
They are 21st in shot quality conceded and 20th in defensive rating. Only 15th in three-point percentage, the offence is not doing enough damage to compensate for their defensive woes.
Carrying a rest advantage after two nights off, the Nuggets are the NBA’s hottest team. No other franchise has won seven of their last eight games, and Denver is now up to fourth in season-long net rating.
Ranking top eight in offensive and defensive rating, the Nuggets are a proper two-way force when fully healthy. Nikola Jokic has struggled defensively against the Warriors in the past, but Denver has enough on the perimeter to compensate.
