Just six teams concede corner threes at a higher rate than the Washington Wizards. Jalen Suggs is enjoying a breakout season, shooting 36.2% from downtown, and ranks in the 69th percentile among combo guards in the share of his shots coming from the corners.
This Wizards defence is 29th in shot quality and 27th in rating. They are also second in pace, making them an ideal matchup for opponents to put up numbers against. Shooters are inevitably going to be left open when Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner attack off the bounce.
Suggs is still not a huge volume shooter, but he’s passed this line in seven of his last nine. There’s definitely value here.
TORONTO RAPTORS VS PHOENIX SUNS

Scottie Barnes averages 14.8 assists and rebounds per game this season. Yes, the Phoenix Suns play at a relatively slow pace, but they are also a mediocre defence and only sit middle-of-the-pack in rebounding rate over the last five games.
Barnes has cleared this line in three of his last four games. He’s gone over this number in 11 of 18 contests overall. He’s also averaging more potential assists than Draymond Green, Jayson Tatum and Kyle Lowry.
This should be a competitive game, with Barnes likely to get into the mid-thirties in minutes even on the second night of a back-to-back. The price is a bit lower than we might like, but there’s still great value here, particularly if it’s a leg in a parlay.

NEW ORLEANS PELICANS VS PHILADELPHIA 76ERS

The Pelicans are in the bottom eight in assists conceded per game, and they have the third-worst shot quality allowed in the Association. While they have decent defensive options on the perimeter, they are going to be forced to send help against Joel Embiid.
Yes, Jonas Valanciunas is a big body, but he doesn’t have a much of a chance against Embiid one-on-one. Nick Nurse has also tweaked Embiid’s role on offence, using him more at the elbow as a facilitator, along with the much-publicised two-man game with Tyrese Maxey.
As a result, the reigning MVP averages more potential assists than Darius Garland, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jalen Brunson. Embiid has cleared this line in five of his last six – this is the player prop to back on Wednesday night.
