The most important thing for Philly is that J. Embiid (the new MVP) is ready for tonight. The 76ers are a different beast with and without him. He still seems a bit rusty, as he scored only 15 points in the loss in game 2. Coach Rivers said that if Embiid plays, it means he’s healthy. We are expecting a show-off tonight from the newly voted MVP. Philly have shot only 6/30 from behind the arc in Game 2 and they will need to improve on this segment if they plan on winning tonight. J. Embiid remains questionable for tonight but it is very likely for him to play unrestricted minutes.

The Celtics showed the whole world they don’t need delivery from J. Tatum to win a game. He scored only 7 points in an almost 40-point victory. On the road, the story may be different, probably the biggest key to victory for the Celtics tonight will be a better performance by their main star. The Celtics need to stop J.Harden as well, or at least slow him down.

We witnessed vintage-scorer Harden in Game 1 where he ended up with 45 points. The three-point percentage will be the most important stat for the Celtics tonight, as the defence Philly is playing will leave their forwards and guards open. We are expecting Brogdon, Smart, and Williams to be efficient. The Celtics will be missing D. Gallinari due to a knee injury.
