There are 7 meetings in Britain and Ireland on a busy afternoon on Wednesday, with flat action coming thick and fast from Cork, Hamilton, Haydock, Kempton and Yarmouth. The best quality is on offer in the evening at Cork, with a fascinating listed sprint at 6.40pm and the Muster Oaks at 7.10pm sure to attract some useful middle distance performers from the top yards in Ireland. NH fans have the cards at Fontwell and Wexford to study, with the ground likely to have eased significantly given
the unsettled weather forecast this week across the country.

Harry and Roger Charlton’s filly improved dramatically for a step up in trip when routing her rivals at Newmarket 25 days ago, and she is confidently expected to defy a penalty at Haydock on Wednesday (before going into tackle higher class this summer). She settled well and showed a smart turn of foot to come clear by over six lengths there, and there should be plenty more improvement in the tank after just two career starts, with championship chasing William Buick taking over in the saddle.

mark of 74 after just four career starts so far.
