We’re back with more UEFA Champions League best bets as the tournament kicks on. At this qualification stage, there are still some good games to punt on. The competition got underway last week and we are set for the return legs of those fixtures.

It has been quite straightforward for most of the top sides in the series, but here are the best value bets to go with ahead of the latest round of action.

Champions League Qualifiers Best Bets: Tuesday July 12th

  • RFS vs HJK: Under 2.5 goals (1.66)
  • Qarabag vs Lech Poznan: Qarabag win (1.83)
  • Klaksvik v Bodo/Glimt:  Both teams to score (1.66)
  • Dinamo Batumi vs Slovan Bratislava: Dinamo Batumi win (2.50)

Champions League acca odds: 12.73

Odds above are via bet365 as of 19:30 July 10th 2022. Odds may now differ.

RFS vs HJK Best Bet

Tue, July 12th, 16:30 (UK Time)

Rigas Futbola Skola suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat in the first leg played at the Bolt Arena in Helsinki. Manuel Martic’s 11th minute goal was all that decided that contest and handed HJK the advantage going into this reverse fixture.

In their last six games, Toni Koskela’s HJK have scored a total of seven goals, making an average of 1.17 goals per game. Similarly, Viktors Morozs’s FK RFS have netted 11 times and also have an average of 1.83 goals per game.

The first leg was a cagey affair and it’s expected that a similar script will be played out at the Slokas Stadions in Latvia.

Both teams are not in their best scoring form and based on the slight result in the first leg, it could even be more cagey in this decider.

  • Selection: Under 2.5 Goals
  • Best Odds: 1.66 (bet365)
  • Stakes: 10/10

Qarabag vs Lech Poznan Best Bet

Tue, July 12th, 17:00 (UK Time)

Last time out, Lech Loznan, who were on a bad run of form, managed to beat the former UCL group stage campaigners 1-0 in Poland.

The Horsemen will be eager to return to winning ways after suffering that first leg defeat. Mikael Ishak’s goal just four minutes before the halftime break was all the Kolejorz needed to win that encounter.

Qarabag, just like Lech Poznan, do have a potent defence and I think this is going to be a match of finite margins. The Tofiq Bahranov Stadium in Baku will host this contest and with their valuable experience at this level over the years, Qarabag should be able to make a comeback here.

  • Selection: Qarabag to Win
  • Best Odds: 1.83 (bet365)
  • Stakes: 9/10

Klaksvik vs Bodo/Glimt Best Bet

Tue, July 12th, 19:00 (UK Time)

Klaksvik were beaten 3-0 in the first leg and that did not come as a surprise to me at all because Bodo/Glimt did well in this qualification series last season. The Faroe Islands side are on a good run of form at home as they have scored 16 goals in their past six games, conceding just two in that period.

On the other hand, Bodo have suffered two defeats in five games on their travels. Regardless of the handsome lead, they will need to step it up a bit in the return leg.

The lead from the first leg might look unassailable, but the form of the hosts at home should make this a much more competitive one.

  • Selection: Yes on Both teams to score
  • Best Odds: 1.66 (bet365)
  • Stakes: 10/10

Dinamo Batumi vs Slovan Bratislava Best Bet

Wed, July 13th, 18:00 (UK Time)

This tie is very much balanced, with none of the teams holding an advantage after the goalless draw from the leg. It sets up the tone for an exciting contest.

Dinamo have scored at least three goals in each of their past four home games, while Slovan Bratislava are without a win in their last three away games.

Based on form, Dinamo have the advantage and will start as favourites to move into the next round.

Having secured a draw on the road, those inside the brand-new Batumi Stadium will be hopeful of a home victory.

Whoever does get through will meet Ferencváros or Tobol in the Champions League second qualifying round.

  • Selection: Dinamo win
  • Best Odds: 2.50 (bet365)
  • Stakes: 6/10

WHAT IS A CHAMPIONS LEAGUE ACCA?

A Champions League acca is an accumulator bet, a type of wager that is made up of several different selections combined together into a single bet. A Champions League acca would usually consist of a single bet made up of four or more selections on Champions League matches.

The Champions League acca is a popular way to bet on European football matches. As more selections are added to the bet, the odds rapidly increase as all are multiplied together. This can lead to massive odds for a small stake if building an acca for a Champions League match.

As is the same with double and treble bets, all selections need to win or the accumulator loses. That is why so many look for Champions League acca tips for guidance.
