Sevilla are the record six times winners of this competition. They have been having a poor season domestically and were in a relegation battle until very recently. However, it wouldn’t be a surprise if they got their hands on this trophy given their record.
Manchester United appeared to be coasting in the first leg. They were 2-0 up and had a few chances to extend their lead even further. It all came crashing down when defensive errors coupled with an injury to Lisandro Martinez opened the door for Sevilla to get back into the game. Erik Ten Hag’s injury-hit side now have it all to do in the second leg.
The first leg saw Manchester United create an abundance of chances. The absence of the away goals rule means the Red Devils shouldn’t fly out of the blocks but they will want to avoid extra time with an FA Cup semi-final looming. Moreover, United’s away matches this season are averaging 3.05 goals per game.
There have been three goals or more in four of Sevilla’s last five matches at the Ramon-Sanchez Pizjuan. Manchester United are plagued by injuries at the back so they will be defensive frailties for the home side to take advantage of.

Sporting played well in Turin but they were unable to grab a goal. Ruben Amorim’s side had an xG of 1.66 in the first league, almost double the xG that Juventus had. However, they were wasteful in front of goal and now have to overcome a one-goal deficit.
It’s a big week for Juventus. They are fighting their 15-point deduction in Serie A. If the ruling is overturned they will climb into the top four but for now, the Europa League is their best chance of qualifying for next year’s Champions League. The first leg was Juve’s only win in their last four competitive matches.
Sporting attacked with real intensity at the Allianz Stadium; racking up 15 attempts and having 58% of the ball. Juventus didn’t break the deadlock until fairly late on so this cannot be attributed to Allegri’s side sitting back. Sporting had nine corners in the first leg. They will also have home advantage this time around.
Amorim’s men are averaging 6.39 corners per game at home in all competitions this season. They will be on the front foot for much of this game and this should inevitably lead to them winning a few corners. This bet has landed in Juve’s last four away matches.

Jose Mourinho has earned his reputation as a man for the big occasion. He will need to conjure up something yet again as his Roma side trail heading into the second leg at the Olympic Stadium. Roma lifted the Europa Conference League last season by beating Feyenoord 1-0 in the final. They are out to win back-to-back European trophies this season.
Feyenoord have all but secured the Eredivisie title this season. They have an eight-point lead over Ajax. Arne Slot’s team are also firmly in the hint for this competition. They will be out for revenge after Roma denied them European glory last season.
Roma found themselves a goal down to Red Bull Salzburg in the first knockout round with the second leg played at home. They managed eight corners in that one. Feyenoord are unlikely to commit men forward early on so expect early pressure from the home side. There were 10 corners in the first leg that took place in De Kuip with Roma winning five of them. That number should be greatly inflated barring an early equaliser.
Mourinho’s team have had six corners or more in four of their five Europa League matches at home this season. The exception was their first leg against Real Sociedad they had a 2-0 lead going into half-time.
