Everton face Liverpool on Saturday and their fans will be fearing the worst after a slow start to the season. Jurgen Klopp’s Reds have also endured a difficult start to the season, but the 9-0 victory over Bournemouth and 2-1 win over Newcastle showed that they are still capable of putting opponents to the sword.

I’m expecting Everton to soak up the pressure and remain stern early on, so I’m going to back the visitors to dominate the corner count here. John Brooks is one of the most prolific Premier League referees in terms of cards, and there is potential for a few as Wolves host Southampton. Bruno Lage’s side has performed fairly well so far this season, but they are still in search of their first win. Southampton come into this one after beating Chelsea, so both teams will be gunning for all three points.

Both sides have received two cards or more in all of Brooks’ games this season. He has already taken charge of a Wolves game; he gave each team three yellow cards as Fulham went to the Molineux.
