It was a wild weekend across the major leagues of Europe with each of Bayern Munich, PSG, Ajax and Benfica suffering shock losses.

The biggest upset of the lot and one of the biggest upsets of the football season so far saw Eintracht Frankfurt winning in Munich after falling behind 1-0 midway through the opening half. The visitors would go on to win 2-1, winning at odds of 21.0 (bet365) and a best price of 29.0 (Marathonbet).

PSG sustained their first defeat of the Ligue 1 season losing 2-0 at Rennes. The home team scored just on halftime and then again in the early moments of the second half, with the correct score paying odds of 34.0 (bet365).

Real Madrid were also upset when they travelled to meet Espanyol. The home club were odds of 5.25 to get the win with the 2-1 scoreline paying odds of 15.0 for correct score backers.

Premier League Weekend Betting Review
