The World Cup Quarter Finals have concluded and while two of the tournament favourites progress, Brazil found themselves on the wrong end of a penalty shootout with Croatia. With the semi finals set to begin on Tuesday, let’s take a look at the odds.

Brazil Eliminated

The shocks continued into the quarter finals of the 2022 World Cup, with Croatia eliminating tournament favourites Brazil. Brazil to a 1-0 in the 106th minute before Petkovic would reply for Croatia in the 117th. Croatia would go on to win 5-3 on penalties sending Brazil out of the World Cup and setting up a semi final date with Argentina.

Morocco Continues Their Run

Argentina vs France Final?

Argentina and France look likely to meet in the World Cup final, with Argentina now set to face Croatia while France has the seemingly unlosable matchup with Morocco. The odds for the matchup currently stand at 1.83, while the chances of a Morocco vs Croatia final sit at 17.0. Argentina vs Morocco is listed at odds of 6.50 while a rematch of the 2018 World Cup final, France vs Croatia is currently priced at odds of 4.0.

Four nations remain in the 2022 World Cup. France are now favoured following their victory over England. The French are into odds of 2.10 having begun the tournament at odds of 10.0, while Argentina remain second favourite overcoming the Netherlands and progressing on penalties.

Croatia began the tournament at odds of 67.0 and now find themselves one victory away from consecutive World Cup finals, while the Cinderella story of the tournament, Morocco continue their unlikey run, defeating Portugal in the quarter finals. Starting the tournament at odds of 351.0, Morocco are now are odds of 12.50 to win the World Cup.
