Georgina Garcia Perez was simply never competitive on Tuesday against a Daria Snigur that proved to be simply too strong.
For Wednesday, we’ll look at the night cap on hand, featuring local prospect Victoria Jimenez Kasintseva and veteran Tatjana Maria.

An intriguing matchup between two totally opposite players in Andorra on Wednesday evening, as hopefully there will be some atmosphere in the crowd for the young Jimenez Kasintseva.
With these two on polar opposite ends of the spectrum in terms where they are in their careers, stylistically they differ as well.
The teen sensation’s game is far more predicated on consistency, and the ability to extend points – a lot of the time with spin, while Maria is almost sure to rely on the big first serve, strong first forehand and tremendous backhand slice.
That can be a tough combination for a young player who hasn’t seen much of the tour, but the 17-year-old has seen plenty of action at the higher levels of the game and plays with enough spin to potentially negate the most potent elements of the German’s slices and dropshots.
Yet, as much as each has a strength the other doesn’t, there are holes each can exploit in their opposition’s game as well.
Jimenez Kasintseva’s serve could use some work, and her attempt to add aggression this season has taken away from her consistency a tad and seen her commit a few more unforced errors.
Maria, on the other hand, is by no means fleet of foot, and getting to some of the Jimenez Kasintseva groundstrokes that are hit with decent angles could prove to be really tough.
All in all, there are plenty of chances to tune into this one. From the generational gap, to the stylistic contrast, to the chance to see one of the game’s better young players on home soil this late into the season.
It also presents a decent chance to back the overs, by my estimation. While each woman does have her own stylistic advantage, it’s tough to see this being a one-sided affair.
Barring one of them pulling a no-show, we should see a fun back-and-forth affair that – most importantly – gets rather lengthy.
Odds as at 8:35 pm on November 29th, 2022. Odds may now differ.
