Sunday Night Football is a cracker down in Florida, where the AFC-leading Baltimore Ravens travel south to face AFC South leaders Jacksonville Jaguars looking to secure their play-off berth.
Our American Football expert Joshua Jones has his best value pick for the Jacksonville Jaguars v Baltimore Ravens game and gives the latest value betting picks & predictions, but if you want more from our experts, check out our Expert Insights section.
The Baltimore Ravens (10-3) certainly put on a show in last Sunday’s showdown with the LA Rams, outlasting their opponents 37-31 in overtime thanks to a 76-yard punt return touchdown.
Quarterback Lamar Jackson had one of his best games of the year, passing for over 300 yards and rushing for another 70 in a performance that harkened back to his 2019 MVP campaign.
In the absence of Mark Andrews, it is Isaiah Likely that has stepped up at tight end – leading the team in yards against the Chargers in Week 12 before adding a season-high 80 against the Rams last weekend.
Now he gets a matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars (8-5) who have been suspect at best against tight ends, allowing the 8th-most receiving yards to the position at 58.7 per game.
The Jags have been dominated through the air in the last couple of weeks, allowing Jake Browning and Joe Flacco to combine for over 600 yards and the tight ends of the Bengals and Browns to combine for 152 yards.

The Jaguars were flying at 8-3 after 12 weeks of the season, but a disappointing week that saw back-to-back losses to backup quarterbacks in Cincinnati and Cleveland now has them looking over their shoulder in the AFC South.
The previously stout Jacksonville defence allowed Jake Browning and Joe Flacco to combine for 65 points, 665 passing yards and five total touchdowns – with only Josh Allen passing for more yards than Browning on the season.
Now at 8-5, their schedule thankfully weakens down the stretch and they will be looking to secure their place as divisional Champions for the second consecutive year.
The Jags are heavy favourites to do so at 1.29, but are only given an outside chance of securing the AFC Championship too at 16.00. For Doug Pederson to win his second Lombardi Trophy as a coach, you can get 34.00.
The Ravens outlasted the Rams last weekend, holding tight in overtime before securing a 37-31 victory on a 76-yard punt return from Tylan Wallace.
It was Baltimore’s 3rd consecutive victory – the 2nd longest winning streak in the league – and they’ll be confident of making it four against a Jacksonville side that has lost two straight.
The Ravens allowed 30+ points for just the second time this season against the Rams, but their defence has been performing at an elite level for most of the year and is what has buoyed them into the lead for the AFC crown.
After moving to 10-3, the Ravens are short odds favourites to win the AFC North at 1.10 – and remain favouries to go on and claim the AFC Championship at 3.50. Having last won the Super Bowl in 2013, Baltimore are the 7.00 second-favourite to reign victorious again in 2024.
The Sunday Night Football selection is aired on Sky Sports NFL from 01:20 in the early hours of Monday morning.
