If you’re looking for the best bets across all of this weekend’s Premier League action, we’ve got you covered. Once again we are delving into the props market. These markets have been extremely profitable in 2023 so we are hoping that continues this weekend.
There are several mouthwatering clashes in what promises to be a fantastic weekend of football.

Manchester City host Newcastle in Saturday’s early kick-off. The reverse fixture between these sides was fiercely entertaining and we could be set for another cracker.
Newcastle have performed very well this season but they have slowed in recent weeks. They only have one league win so far in 2023 and have dropped outside the top four. They have two games in hand over the team above them but will want to return to winning ways as soon as possible after last week’s cup final disappointment.
Pep’s side are chasing Arsenal in the Premier League. They still have to welcome the Gunners to the Etihad but Arteta’s men currently have a five-point cushion between themselves and the reigning Champions.
Manchester City force an average of 10 goal kicks per game from their opponents when they play at home. Only Liverpool are forcing more in the Premier League this season.
Newcastle had 15 goal kicks when they last made the trip to the Etihad. They had just four goal kicks against City earlier this season but their approach on the road is very different. They average 3.03 more goal kicks per game in away games in comparison to home games. They have played four of the ‘big-six’ away from home and had at least nine goal kicks in each.

Southampton take on Leicester in Saturday’s late match. The Saints are 20th in the Premier League and the signs are ominous. They were beaten by Grimsby in the FA Cup in midweek. Ruben Selles has been given the reins until the end of the season after the club were unable to make a permanent appointment.
Leicester were also eliminated from the FA Cup by a side playing in a lower division this week. Brendan Rodgers expressed his concerns with his side’s performance after the lacklustre display. The Foxes were beaten 3-0 at Old Trafford in their last league game but had a few chances to score. Defeat on Saturday could see them dragged back into the relegation fight.
Southampton’s matches at St. Mary’s this season are averaging 38.91 tackles per game but Leicester’s away matches see 33.08 tackles per game. Brendan Rodgers’ side have controlled possession but aren’t keen on pressing too high up the pitch. They have allowed the 9th most passes per defensive action in the Premier League this season.
There has been 37 tackles or less in the last five meetings between these sides. The average tackles per game over that period is just 32.4. Only two of the Foxes league matches this season have seen more than 38 tackles made.

Chelsea have continued to struggle under Graham Potter despite their lavish January spending. They have won just five of their 18 league games under their new manager and it is very unlikely they will be playing Champions League football next season. The board are still backing the manager publicly but he could quickly be shown the door if results don’t change.
Leeds have also parted ways with their manager during the season. Javi Gracia won his first and only league game in charge against Southampton. The win saw them move out of the relegation zone. However, Saturday’s match will be a much tougher test, with Chelsea out for revenge after they were beaten 3-0 by Leeds earlier this season.
There were 26 shots in the match in the reverse fixture and both teams showed a lot of attacking intent. Scoring has been a real issue for Chelsea in recent months but they have been getting plenty of opportunities.
Leeds’ away matches this season are averaging 25.58 shots per game. They have faced three of the ‘big-six’ away from home and this bet has landed in all of them. The average shots across those three matches is 31.33. When these sides last met at Stamford Bridge, there were 28 shots.

Nottingham Forest welcome an Everton side that will be licking their wounds after being battered 4-0 by Arsenal.
Nottingham Forest were fancied fore relegation early in the season but they managed to pull away from the pick. Defeat here would see them back in the battle, with just eight points separating them and last place.
Sean Dyche has won two of his opening five games as Everton boss; a run he will be happy with given they have faced Liverpool once and Arsenal twice. However, it is these games that will make the difference in the Toffees’ battle against relegation. Dyche will be hoping to see a massive improvement defensively on Sunday.
Nottingham Forest’s home matches are averaging 23.67 fouls per game. This is the third-highest average in the Premier League. In the last five matches where Steve Cooper’s side have been similarly priced, there has been an average of 25.2 fouls and 3.4 offsides per game.
There were just 15 fouls when these sides met earlier in the season but the stakes are higher this time around. There were also five offsides in that game so the free-kick count was 20. This match could shape the relegation fight in the weeks ahead and both sets of players will be keen to get stuck in.

Liverpool host Manchester United on Sunday in what is one of the most highly-anticipated fixtures in English football.
Klopp’s men face a battle to get into the top four but they could move to within seven points of Manchester United this weekend. Liverpool haven’t performed to the standards they set last season but qualifying for the Champions League would represent success given how the season has panned out.
Ten Hag secured his first trophy as Manchester United manager last weekend and his side successfully made it to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup. The Red Devils look set to have a gruelling schedule until the end of the season and it could hurt them in the race for the top four.
Liverpool had 17 shots in the game at Old Trafford this season. The team’s positions in the table have since been reversed but the home side will be up for this one. Klopp’s side are averaging 18.25 shots per game at Anfield this season. They have also had 15 shots or more in 11 of their 12 home league matches.
Manchester United conceded 16 shots in their last away game against Leeds and 25 shots in the away game prior to that against Arsenal. In fact, their last home league game saw them concede 19 shots. There are signs that fatigue could play a factor here.

Monday night football sees Brentford host Fulham. Both of these teams will be delighted with the way they have performed so far this season. Fulham can move above Newcastle with a win here. The Bees have played two fewer games than their opponents and three points would move them into contention for European football next season.
Arsenal are the only side to beat Brentford on their own patch this season. They have won six and drawn five of their 12 home matches. Fulham have won five, lost five and drawn two of their 12 away matches. Marco Silva will hope that record improves from now until the end of the season.
There was 31 shots in the five-goal thriller between these sides earlier this season. Both teams are comfortable in the league and only three points would be good enough to aid them on their to the Europa Conference League. This should mean there is a great deal of attacking intent from both sides.
Brentford’s home matches this season are averaging 25.42 shots per game. Fulham’s away matches are averaging 25.25 shots per game so the shot line on offer here looks to be a good one.
