Daily World Cup Acca: Monday, November 28th

Our daily World Cup acca continues with an early look at Monday’s matches. Some teams are at risk of exiting the competition and there will be an increased sense of urgency after the opening matches. Brazil have the hence to take control of the group and they will be keen to build on their positive start.

Brazil vs Switzerland Preview

World Cup Group G, Monday, November 28th, 16:00 (UK)

Brazil earned three points in their opening match against Serbia and could secure qualification by beating Switzerland if results elsewhere go their way. Tite’s men were a little slow to get going but they rarely looked troubled. The tournament favourites have enough attacking talent to cause anyone problems. Expect them to take it up a gear on Monday.

Switzerland also won their first game. They beat Cameroon 1-0 in an evenly contested affair and have put themselves in an excellent position to qualify. Murat Yakin’s side will need to improve if they are to get anything from this match.

Brazil vs Switzerland Best Bet

Brazil forced tackles from Serbia in the first match. The Selecao have plenty of players who like to dribble with the ball and they should force a fair few tackles again on Monday. Brazil’s opponents in competitive matches this year are averaging 19 tackles per game.

The Swiss are averaging just 13 tackles per game this year but playing against Brazil changes things. Switzerland had 24 tackles when these teams met at the last World Cup.

  • Selection: Over 15.5 tackles for Switzerland
  • Best Odds: 1.83 (bet365)
  • Stakes: 7/10

South Korea vs Ghana Preview

World Cup Group H, Monday, November 28th, 13:00 (UK)

Korea got a point from their opening match. A dour 0-0 draw with Uruguay didn’t offer much in the way of entertainment. However, they should show much more attacking impetus when they take on Ghana.

Ghana allowed Portugal to knock the ball around at will for large parts of their opener. They did show they are capable of hurting teams on the counter by finding the net twice. Expect the Black Stars to sit back again. They will be a lot more confident of keeping South Korea out than Portugal.

South Korea vs Ghana Best Bet

Ghana’s opponents in 2022 are averaging 10.13 shots per game. Just two of their eight opponents have failed to hit 11 shots. Nigeria had just 1 shot and Madagascar had 5; bringing down the overall average.

South Korea are averaging 11.2 shots in their competitive matches in 2022. Portugal await the Koreans in the final game of the group. They need to collect three points here before taking on one of the strongest teams in the tournament.

Expect there to be a frantic pace as the game progresses. Over 10.5 shots for South Korea looks a good bet given the numbers and how important a win is.

  • Selection: South Korea Over 10.5 Shots
  • Best Odds: 1.83 (bet365)
  • Stakes: 7/10

Cameroon vs Serbia Preview

World Cup Group G, Monday, November 28th, 10:00 (UK)

Both of these teams were beaten in their opening match. They cannot afford a repeat of that here or they risk being eliminated from the competition.

Serbia wouldn’t have expected to beat Brazil so they will have planned for this scenario. Cameroon we’re confident heading into the tournament but they face a strong Serbia side. The Serbs managed to keep Brazil at bay for large parts of the game. They are deserved favourites coming into this one.

Cameroon vs Serbia  Best Bet

Cameroon’s competitive matches in 2022 are averaging just 28.8 tackles. Serbia’s are averaging 30.29 and this was driven up significantly by the 41 tackles made in the Brazil match. There were just 27 tackles in Cameroon’s opener against Switzerland so under 33.5 is appealing.

Cameroon’s opener also only saw 15 shots. There were 28 shots in Serbia’s opener but 23 of those came from Brazil. Les Lions’ competitive matches in 2022 are averaging just 20.64 shots per game.

Combining under 33.5 match tackles and under 25.5 match shots gives us a price of 2.05 with bet365.

  • Selection: Under 33.5 Tackles & Under 25.5 Shots
  • Best Odds: 2.05 (bet365)
  • Stakes: 7/10

A football acca is an accumulator bet, a type of bet that consists of several selections across different matches that are combined together into one single bet. An acca usually. consists of at least four selections but many more can be included. There will be odds for the single bet as a whole which is calculated by multiplying the odds of all of the selections. A football acca is one of the most popular ways to bet. This is the case because they can create potentially massive odds for a small stake. Many punters choose to create football accas which is what we have created here. If one of these selections loses then the football acca will lose. This type of bet needs every selection to win in order to succeed.
