Deinze vs Club Brugge NXT Preview

We kick things off in Belgium in a goal-friendly second division. Burgemeester Van De Wiele Stadion hosts an exciting clash between Deinze and Club Brugge’s in-form youngsters.
The hosts occupy 8th spot in a 12-team league but they cannot be counted against at home. They’ve earned 16 of their 24 points in front of their own supporters, scoring 18 times in nine matches. Denize have bagged a goal in all but one of their home games. It’s not all good news for them with just one clean sheet from nine home games.
Their opponents are Club Brugge’s NXT side. They’ve witnessed 3.44 goals per 90 in their away matches, scoring in seven and keeping just one clean sheet in nine outings. Remarkably, a goal has been scored inside the first 10 minutes in eight of their nine away games. The other saw a goal midway through the opening 45.
Deinze have yet to see a goalless second half at home this campaign. The reverse fixture had a goal in each half with Brugge’s youngsters running out 2-0 winners back in October.
Deinze vs Club Brugge NXT Best Bet
The home side are odds-on favourites here but I’d rather back the goals in this one, especially with the visitors winning all of their previous four. The proposed selection has banked in each of the previous four home clashes for the hosts and in five of the last six for the visitors.
Club Brugge NXT have scored in 16 games of 18 games this campaign, only failing to do so in away to the sides in 1st and 3rd. They’ll be high in confidence after an impressive winning streak and they’ll expect to get on the scoresheet.
With the stats supporting an eventful 90 minutes, goals are expected.

RB Leipzig vs Stuttgart Preview
Germany, Bundesliga, Friday, January 27th, 19:30 (UK)
Marco Rose and his side arrive here after hitting Schalke for six in midweek. They were 4-0 up at halftime in Gelsenkirchen in a dominant display against some choice defending from the hosts.
Leipzig lead the way in Germany when it comes to home form. They’ve collected maximum points in six of eight matches. Those two blots were nothing to be ashamed. They drew with Koln back in August despite playing almost an entire half with 10 men and most recently drew 1-1 with German giants, Bayern.
It’s been a difficult opening half of the season for Stuttgart, especially on their travels. Bruno Labbadia’s side have yet to earn a victory away from the Mercedes-Benz Arena. They’ve amassed just four points from a possible 24. In those eight matches, they have shipped 19 goals. They’ve conceded at least twice in all but one of their eight away games in the Bundesliga this season.
I do expect Leipzig to win here, but the price is understandably short. Adding goals is the sensible choice given the hosts have bagged two or more in seven matches from eight.
RB Leipzig vs Stuttgart Best Bet
Expect a rapid start to the match for the hosts. Leipzig have scored inside the first 45 minutes on six of their eight home league matches this season. At the other end, Stuttgart have conceded inside the first half in seven of their eight away games in the Bundesliga this season. Heading to the Red Bull Arena is not something they’ll look forward to.
If Leipzig can replicate what they’ve done so often this season then they could have this game wrapped up quickly. They have a whole host of attacking talent which can cause the uninspiring Stuttgart defence a whole heap of problems.
Stuttgart have conceded five times inside the opening 15 minutes on the road this season. If Leipzig score early then this could be a long 90 minutes for Labbdia and his men, especially if the hosts are in the mood for goals, once again.

Cove Rangers vs Ayr Preview

Cove Rangers welcome Ayr to the Balamoral Stadium where I’m expecting the visitors to impress. Lee Bullen’s side have scored 41 times in 21 league matches with 19 arriving in nine matches on their travels.
That will worry the hosts. Cove have conceded 42 times in their 21 matches, the most in the Scottish Championship Their three previous matches saw them concede a staggering 14 times. Cove were hit for six in back-to-back games and most recently conceded twice.
Cove Rangers vs Ayr Best Bet
Ayr are usually good value for a couple of goals on the road. In their nine away games, the side in 2nd have scored two or more on eight separate occasions. The hosts will know all about that. These sides have met in the league twice already this campaign, Ayr scored twice in each clash.
With Cove Rangers’ recent results, the visitors look good value to impress. With the bet priced at even money, it looks like a strong selection. This may be the perfect time to face Paul Hartley’s men. Ayr have scored at least twice in eight of their nine away games this season and I expect they’ll make it nine from ten on Friday.
