Liverpool come into this match off the back of two winless Premier League matches. The Reds have only won two of their last six in the league after draws with Brentford, Manchester City and Brighton. They lost 3-2 to West Ham United in the final match before the international break.

That loss ended a lengthy unbeaten run for the Reds. They had gone 20 straight Premier League matches without a defeat. They now face the side with the longest unbeaten streak in the Premier League currently.

Arsenal haven’t lost a league match since August. Mikel Arteta’s men are quietly picking up points with six wins and two draws in their last eight league matches. A lot of their early-season problems have been solved and they’re now on the right side of the clean sheets.
