They’ll pose a threat, but I struggle to see how they maintain this Liverpool team. Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City are the only three sides that have prevented the Reds from scoring multiple times in 23/24.

Liverpool has been leading at HT in 13 separate matches this campaign. This clash is of significant importance. I expect the hosts to start fast and put the Italian club on the back foot.

The side from Bergamo have managed just 19 points on the road in Serie A this season. They’ve earned 50 in total. Inter Milan hosted Atalanta a few weeks ago. The first half ended 2-0. Inzaghi’s side are the best in Italy by some distance. I believe that Liverpool can edge the first 45 minutes on Merseyside.

Luis Diaz is playing some brilliant football. The Colombian international has been a regular starter under Jurgen Klopp for a lengthy period. He’s a player who never stops running.
