Selection 1: Leicester vs Tottenham – Under 2.5 Goals
I’m going under on goals in this match between Leicester and Tottenham. The bookies are expecting a high-scoring match with the goal line at 2.75. I think it’ll be a much lower scoring affair considering the sides playing.
Tottenham will look to control the match as they have done under Antonio Conte. They set up defensively away from home and have only had a total of four goals in their last four away Premier League matches. They’ll be without a star player Heung-Min Son for this one and they’re not alone. Leicester are without over a dozen players including strikers Jamie Vardy and Kelechi Iheanacho.
I almost went for Leicester in the 1X2 market. They’ve won two of their last four games against Tottenham in the league. The Foxes have also won their last three consecutive home league games, their longest streak since 2019. Spurs have won only two of their last seven away fixtures in the Premier League. I just think that under on goals carries more value considering the odds.

I’m backing the Bees to get a result at home against Manchester United. Brentford are due one after a couple of disappointing defeats in their last two matches. They lost 4-1 at Southampton before another three-goal loss at Anfield.
They’re a different beast at home. Brentford have won three of their last four home league matches. Their only defeat in that time came against Manchester City. They’ve lost five times at home but none of them have been by more than a single goal.
United have limped through their recent matches. Ralph Rangnick’s side may be towards the top of the form table but they haven’t passed the eye test. United have won one of their last four league games. They’ve only won one of their last five away fixtures in the Premier League. It’s their worst run of away form since 2019.
