The props angles are back for what promises to be an exciting round of Premier League matches. Arsenal will be looking to get their title charge back on track when they take on their former manager at Aston Villa. Everton take on Leeds in a monumental clash down at the bottom. There are also a number of fixtures that will have a huge bearing on the top four.
Four of the five selections won last week. We fell just one Newcastle shot short of a full house but we managed to continue our 100% record of profitable weeks.

Arsenal surrendered top spot midweek after a loss against Manchester City. The Gunners still have a game in hand over their title rivals but Pep Guardiola’s side are now most people’s favourites to win the league. Arteta’s men were on pace to become centurions after 19 games. Arteta has bemoaned some of the refereeing decisions that have cost his side but they were far too open at the back in the last two matches.
Unai Emery has done reasonably well since taking the hot seat at Villa Park. The team are currently 11th in the league and have plenty of quality within their ranks. However, they have only won two of their five home matches in the league under the new boss. They will want to turn their home ground into a fortress long-term.
Since Emery took charge, Villa have favoured playing with a high defensive line. This has seen their opponents average 3.44 offsides per game in the league. This increase to 4.6 offsides per game if you only include the matches at Villa Park.
The Gunners are only averaging 1.23 offsides per game but the sheer number of offsides against Villa still makes this an appealing bet. Southampton average fewer offsides than Arsenal and still managed three against Villa.

Few would have predicted Newcastle being nine points clear of Liverpool at this stage of the season. The Geordies have gone from strength to strength this season. They will want to ensure they finish the season in the same manner to secure a lucrative spot in the Champions League.
Liverpool are the only side to beat Eddie Howe’s team in the league this season. They will need to repeat that feat here to claw their way back into the race for the top four. Newcastle haven’t beaten Liverpool since 2015 but Klopp’s side have conceded three goals in their last three away matches in the league.
Liverpool had 23 shots when these teams met at Anfield earlier this season. Newcastle were accused of time-wasting before Klopp’s team snatched three points at the death. The Reds even managed 24 shots at St.James Park last season but both sides find themselves in a very different predicament this time around.
Liverpool are averaging 14.7 shots per game away from home this season. They have hit the required mark for this bet to land in seven of their 10 away matches. They know that three points here could be a massive boost in regards to their pursuit for the top four. Expect the visitors to attack from the off in this one.

Wolves came from a goal behind to beat Southampton in their last league match, despite being reduced to 10 men. Lopetegui’s side are now five points clear of the drop and will have their sights set on climbing even higher this Saturday. Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool are the only teams to beat Wolves since the new man took charge.
Bournemouth earned a point against Newcastle last week but still find themselves 19th. They haven’t won a game since football resumed after the World Cup. They are averaging just 0.29 goals per game since Christmas. The Cherries have also failed to keep a single clean sheet across those matches.
Bournemouth concedes 16.18 shots per game in the league, the most of any team. This jumps to 17.36 shots when they play on the road. Wolves are averaging 13 shots per game in their three matches at Molineux under Lopetegui. They have faced two of the ‘big-six’ in those matches so expect them to get even more here.
Mattheus Cunha played 60 minutes and had two shots on target in Wolves’ last home match. He looks set to play as the lone striker in this one and he should get plenty of opportunities against the Cherries. Chances were at a premium last game when his side had a man sent off. He will be keen to make an impact here as he searches for his first goal for Wolves. This bet is priced much shorter elsewhere but he is a candidate to be substituted.

Everton looked toothless in Monday’s Merseyside derby as they were unable to build on the win over Arsenal. Sean Dyche has been brought in to ensure the club survives the drop this season. Saturday’s match could have a huge impact on which one of these teams goes down.
Leeds are still searching for a permanent manager but they have fared reasonably well under Michael Skubala. Facing Manchester United twice in a week was never going to be easy, but they showed great fight and managed to cause problems for Ten Hag’s side. Leeds go into this one a point clear of Everton and a win could put some breathing room between them and the bottom three.
Everton are conceding 15.91 shots per game this season; only Bournemouth are allowing more. Leeds had 14 shots against Everton earlier in the season. Jack Harrison played left-wing that day and had two attempts. Wilfried Gnonto is expected to start in that position on Saturday.
Gnonto scored in the opening minute of his side’s last away game. He was also lively in his last game at Elland Road; manage two shots. The attacker is averaging 1.7 shots per 90 minutes this season. He should get more opportunities against Everton than in the last two games he has played.

Manchester United put in a good display against Barcelona midweek and were perhaps unfortunate not to win the game. Erik Ten Hag’s side are still fighting on four fronts this season. Leicester will be looking to take advantage of any fatigue in the United ranks on Sunday. However, the Red Devils are unbeaten at home since the first game of the season.
Leicester started the season slowly and there was even suggestions that Brendan Rodgers would be sacked. They have since turned things around and climbed to 13th in the league. They have won their last three competitive matches and scored four in their last two Premier League matches.
United’s matches at Old Trafford this season are averaging 36.27 throws per game. There is greater control over their play and this often results in fewer throws. However, the bookmakers have set the line for this game extremely low. United’s last five league matches have averaged 40 throws per game.
Leicester’s away matches this season are averaging 36.91 throws per game. There was also 36 throws when these sides met at this ground last season. Brendan Rodgers’ side’s matches are averaging just under 40 throws per game in all competitions this season.

These sides drew 1-1 when they met earlier this season. Since then, neither has lived up to expectations this season. Tottenham are currently in 5th, two points off the Champions League places. Performances haven’t been up to scratch for much of the and they come into this one on the back of a defeat in Milan.
West Ham have improved slightly in recent weeks but they are still firmly in a relegation battle. David Moyes’ side had enjoyed an impressive few years prior to this season. The Hammers will want to avoid any late nerves and secure safety as soon as possible before looking to next season.
Tottenham’s home matches in the league this season are averaging just 12.82 goal kicks per game. There have been 13 goal kicks or fewer in seven of their 11 matches in front of their own fans.
Spurs have played three of the other sides in the current bottom five at home this season. Those matches came against Southampton, Everton and Leeds. This bet landed in all three and there was an average of 11.67 goal kicks per game.
