Here we have The Premier League, the Championship, and a sprinkle of Champions League football in bettingexpert’s Acca-Lanche. The idea here, if you’re not already aware, is to pick a handful of (hopefully winning) selections that span a number of days and make up an eventual acca winner. If accas aren’t your thing, maybe cherry-pick a few singles or hang your hat on the best-looking double.

Nathan Tella ranks fifth-highest in shots per90 statistics in the Championship this term. From his 3.1 ’90s’, the new Burnley man has worked up a 3.83 shots per90 figure. That’s not bad for a striker just about settling into life in new surroundings.
On a game-by-game basis, Tella’s individual match statistics read as follows: 5, 1, 4, 1(sub – 24 mins), and 0(debut sub appearance – 28 mins).
Bet365’s price of 2.10 for 2+ shots is generous after Tella’s three goals and ten shots in three games. If the Southampton loanee starts on the pitch, there’s every chance this goes close to landing. Elsewhere, Josh Brownhill at 2.10 to fire two or more strikes at goal also offers an intriguing price with the same bookmaker. The midfielder boasts a 2.58 shots per90 average from 7.0 ’90s’.

There’s no love lost in the Merseyside derby, that’s for sure. In what is one of the fiercest rivalries in the Premier League, a booking or two is never too far away.
In the recent match-ups between the pair across the last two seasons, the card totals make for good reading: 7, 7, 3, 6*. Bet365 are the only bookmaker pricing cards at the time of writing, so be sure to check elsewhere if following a similar bookings pick. The proposed selection has paid out in 3/4 of the matches mentioned above, with Everton’s first-half totals finishing up at 1, 1, 4 and 2.
Anthony Taylor is our man in the middle. Not the best referee, granted, but one willing to get names in the book on his day. With a 3.71 yellow card per90 average from 28 matches this season, plus 5 red cards, there’s enough to suggest he’s happy to assert his dominance in a Merseyside derby. If there’s a game that needs names in the book early before anything spills over, it’s this one. Taylor’s first-half card average total in 2021/22 came in at 1.32.
In Taylor’s last five visits to Goodison Park, the official has given 5 cards vs Palace, 3 vs Villa, 0 vs Burnley, 8 vs Norwich and 6* vs Wolves.

The odds have shortened from 1.85 to 1.72 since Liverpool’s 9-0 romp and the subsequent Scott Parker dismissal. Yet, it’s still a reasonable price and one that I’d be happy to back, given the circumstances and security in the event of a draw with the Asian Handicap.
Steve Cooper’s men will be riding a wave of noise on the banks of the River Trent on Saturday. It’ll be three points up for grabs against what looks like the division’s worst team right now. Forest have recorded the tenth-highest average shot total in the Premier League with 12.50 per90. But, in front of a packed, expectant City Ground, don’t be surprised if that figure is left behind in search of victory.
At the other end of the spectrum, Bournemouth rank last in the shots per90 metric on 5.20, adrift of Crystal Palace’s 9.60 and the rest of the league who currently record double figures on average. For clarity, it should be highlighted that three of The Cherries’ opening four games included Manchester City, Arsenal, and Liverpool.
Forest have all the components to push on and seize the win here amidst their visitor’s struggles.

Norwich have found their rhythm after a tricky start.
Two away wins against Birmingham and Sunderland back up two wins on home turf versus Millwall and Huddersfield Town. Now, it’s back to Carrow Road, where Coventry makes the journey on the back of two 3-2 defeats and a heavy 1-4 loss to Bristol City in the cup.
The recommended selection has banked in 3/4 for The Canaries, a 0-1 win thanks to an in-form Josh Sargeant being the one outlier. Norwich’s 7.92xG from their four successive wins should provide some comfort here, as should the 5.18xGA in Coventry’s two matches spanning the whole of a disrupted August.
Europe, Champions League, Tuesday, September 6th, 20:00 (UK)
It’s going to be a memorable evening in Glasgow. It so often is when the Champions League anthem echoes around Celtic Park. This time, Champions League royalty decks out the away dressing room whilst Galactico white represents a frequently raucous section of away support.
The collective will and the atmosphere can only count for so much when Karim Benzema, Vinicius Junior, and Rodrigo, to name a few, arrive hell-bent on orchestrating another instalment of a storied European Los Blancos legacy.
If there’s anything that Celtic can use as motivation, it would be Sheriff Tiraspol’s 1-2 win in Madrid in last season’s group stages. The minnows from Moldova went ahead twice in the game to record one of the greatest victories in the competition’s history. Yet, that would be the only defeat for Madrid’s group stage passage last term, with the Spaniards winning the remaining five.
It’s possible, but I doubt it’ll be the case tomorrow. This Real Madrid side should have too much and present at an attractive price. After beating Eintracht Frankfurt 2-0 in the Super Cup, Real Madrid have ground out three successive away wins in La Liga (2-1, 4-1, and 3-1), with the aforementioned Benzema and Vinicius Junior already amongst the goals. I’d expect that stretch of away wins to go one further come Tuesday evening.

A football acca is an accumulator bet, a type of bet that consists of several selections across different matches that are combined together into one single bet. An acca usually. consists of at least four selections but many more can be included. There will be odds for the single bet as a whole which is calculated by multiplying the odds of all of the selections. A football acca is one of the most popular ways to bet. This is the case because they can create potentially massive odds for a small stake. Many punters choose to create football accas which is what we have created here. If one of these selections loses then the football acca will lose. This type of bet needs every selection to win in order to succeed.
