Today’s Racing Tips – Cheltenham Day 3, March 17th
Day 3 at the Cheltenham Festival dominates the racing world on Thursday, with then Stayers Hurdle at 3.30pm very much the highlight on a very competitive day of action. There are also supporting cards at Down Royal and Hexham over jumps in the afternoon, with all-weather fans treated to nighttime fare from Southwell and Wolverhampton.

One of the most destructive performances at the 2021 Festival was the frontrunning display of Willie Mullins chaser in this race, soon clear at a breakneck pace under Rachael Blackmore and coming home unchallenged by 12 lengths. He showed that he was back as good as ever when winning at Punchestown in December (had a hard race in bad ground), and is going to be extremely hard to beat if coming back to defend his crown in 2022.
