The two best teams in the NFL go head-to-head in Sunday’s standout game as the Kansas City Chiefs host the Buffalo Bills.
Buffalo is the Super Bowl favourite ahead of the Chiefs. Both teams are 4-1 coming into this Week 6 duel, yet the Bills are surprisingly 2.5-point favourites on the road. Buffalo is 3-1-1 against the spread, while the Chiefs are 2-3.
Dawson Knox is out for the road team. Kansas City are sweating on the availability of Juju Smith-Schuster, who is listed as questionable as of Thursday. The Chiefs beat the Bills in controversial overtime circumstances in the playoffs last season after Buffalo claimed a 38-20 regular season win.

Betting the under has been profitable through the first five weeks of this season across the board. Buffalo has allowed the fewest points in the league, too. Despite that, this will be another high-scoring game between the league’s two premier offences. There has been at least 58 points in the last three meetings between these teams. Let’s give ourselves a slight cushion and take 52.5.
Whilst Buffalo is an elite defence, the Chiefs haven’t found it as easy to get stops. They pressure the quarterback relentlessly, but only two teams allow more yards per pass.
Playing behind a strong offensive line, MVP frontrunner Josh Allen should be able to pick out his array of receivers. Allen leads all quarterbacks in passing yards with only Kansas City’s Patrick Mahomes and Baltimore’s Lamar Jackson having a higher touchdown rate. Allen is averaging 330.2 passing yards per game – we like his over here.
These are the two best quarterbacks in the league right now. Mahomes has been spectacular to start the year, even without Tyreek Hill. Buffalo’s offence is ticking. They are the league leaders in passing touchdowns, and should add a few more to their tally this weekend.
Expected to be neck-and-neck deep into the fourth quarter, this has the makings of another epic duel. With 22 touchdowns across the last three meetings, over 6.5 touchdowns looks a good wager.
With both teams quickly progressing up the field behind two unstoppable passing attacks, it goes without saying that Travis Kelce will have a massive role to play. Kelce has again been a force in the first five weeks, leading the league with seven touchdowns, and recording at least one touchdown in four of his five games.
The Bills have been a favourable opponent for Kelce, notching four touchdowns in five games against Buffalo. After his four-score outing against Las Vegas in Week 5, Kelce to score at least once looks like great value here.
